Michael Pon
OWNER, PRESIDENT
Mike Pon is an award winning Landscape Architect & Contractor with more than 40 years of experience in design, project management, and consulting; for both commercial and residential properties. His work has been recognized with multiple awards, including the ASLA Northern California Chapter Merit Award and the Gold Nugget Grand Award for excellence in landscape and architectural design. His hands-on approach and commitment to training skilled teams ensure that every project delivers outstanding results.
It’s this dedication to detail that prompted Mike to proudly assume ownership of Dan Fix Landscape Construction in late 2024 where he continues to deliver excellence in both installation of superbly functional exterior spaces and property maintenance. Mike’s experience combined with the unsurpassed landscape construction teams at Dan Fix provide clients the highest-quality workmanship at fair prices.
Rebecca Chasin
DIRECTOR OF LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE
Rebecca brings more than a decade of high-end residential landscape experience, most recently serving as Studio Manager for Christian Douglas Design in Sausalito. A New York native, she began her career working on high-end rooftop gardens, where she developed a deep understanding of tight site conditions, seasonal challenges, and the level of detail required for highly visible, carefully maintained landscapes.
Her background also includes project management and design for a biophilic art company, creating large-scale living art installations across the country, as well as serving as a landscape maintenance supervisor for Morano Landscapes in Westchester, New York.
Since coming to California, Rebecca has fallen in love with the local landscape, native plants, and the unique beauty of our region. She also brings a personal passion and expertise in edible gardens, kitchen gardens, and growing food at home so should there be a sunny location in your yard she may just persuade you to incorporate some vegetables or herbs to enhance your space.
