OWNER, PRESIDENT
Mike Pon is an award winning Landscape Architect & Contractor with more than 40 years of experience in design, project management, and consulting; for both commercial and residential properties. His work has been recognized with multiple awards, including the ASLA Northern California Chapter Merit Award and the Gold Nugget Grand Award for excellence in landscape and architectural design. His hands-on approach and commitment to training skilled teams ensure that every project delivers outstanding results.
It’s this dedication to detail that prompted Mike to proudly assume ownership of Dan Fix Landscape Construction in late 2024 where he continues to deliver excellence in both installation of superbly functional exterior spaces and property maintenance. Mike’s experience combined with the unsurpassed landscape construction teams at Dan Fix provide clients the highest-quality workmanship at fair prices.
Skip Stevens
SENIOR DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION OPERATIONS
Skip Stevens brings nearly four decades of landscape construction and operational leadership experience to Dan Fix Landscape Construction. Prior to joining Dan Fix, he served as Vice President and General Manager for BrightView Landscape Development in Pleasanton, where he led teams and complex landscape projects throughout Northern California.
His experience includes large-scale design-build construction, team development, safety, and collaboration with general contractors, landscape architects, and trade partners. At Dan Fix, Skip brings that depth of experience to strengthening operations, supporting project teams, and delivering landscapes with a high level of craftsmanship, communication, and attention to detail.
Mario Camacho
DIRECTOR OF LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE
Mario Camacho brings nearly 30 years of experience in landscape maintenance, horticulture, irrigation, and operations management. Throughout his career, he has led maintenance teams, managed diverse properties, and built strong client relationships through a hands-on approach to leadership and service.
With a deep understanding of plant health, irrigation systems, and landscape care, Mario focuses on developing skilled crews, maintaining exceptional standards, and ensuring every property receives the attention it deserves.
