This full-time leadership role oversees multiple crews, client accounts, and day-to-day operations—driving quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction across the Bay Area.

We’re looking for someone with proven management experience in landscape maintenance, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proactive, client-focused mindset. The ideal candidate will bring at least four years of experience, knowledge of irrigation systems and plans, and the ability to manage both people and projects at a high level.
