A completely reimagined and redesigned entrance to the property and elevated outdoor living space. This home was difficult to access with a one lane road. New plantings, wooden deck install, metal planter walls and larger tree planter in deck, an entirely new drainage system required by County of Marin as well as demolition and excavation to curate the new space. FX Luminaire path lights, well lights and wall lights to allow this gorgeous property to continue to shine after the sun goes down.
